Adam Carroll is known in Las Vegas for being a force to be reckoned with when it comes to cocktail competitions with wins and showings in various National and Global competitions.
In addition to being one of the shakers and movers of the cocktail scene in Las Vegas, Adam is also known as the Guardian of the highly sophisticated facility which is the Academy of Fine Spirits at SGWS of Las Vegas.
He is an instrumental part of the 12 Week Academy of Spirits and Fine Service course which has hundreds of graduated students. Being a member of the SGWS Mixology team, Adam is responsible for many cutting edge concepts that have been produced and notably celebrated thanks to his creativity.

First question: Have you ever broken the law?
I Plead the 5th, because I don’t consider it breaking the law if I never get caught.
What would be the worst thing for the government to make illegal?
Alcohol. A second prohibition would destroy thousands of businesses, put millions of people out of work and disrupt our economy. Plus I would lose one of my major creative outlets.
What was your favorite TV show when growing up?
MacGyver because of his ingenuity during stressful times.

Cocktail Name: Sex in Sonora
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz. Sunora Bacanora Blanco
- ½ oz. Calvados
- ¾ oz. Cinnamon Syrup
- ¾ oz. Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Cranberry Juice
- ¾ oz. Unfiltered Apple Juice
Garnish:
- Cinnamon Pierced Apple Fan
Glassware:
- Coupe
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing tin, shake & strain into a chilled Coupe.
