Born in Mexico City, Dee moved to Vegas at 10 years old. After several years in the hospitality industry, Dee fell in love with mixology and has never looked back. Dee brings her guests a unique cocktail experience and loves to make people smile. On her free time, this Original Outlaw connects with nature.
Dee continues to expand her knowledge on spirits and one day hopes to create an exclusive all-Mexican spirits cocktail menu. We’re looking forward to it – and you can catch up her at Chica inside The Venetian for a fabulous exotic cocktail!

Yes. And I’m proud to say that I jaywalked and it felt . . . exhilarating.
What would be the worst thing for the government to make illegal?
Anything that includes agave!

Sailor moon she’s all about girl power!
Which is your favorite? Sunora Bacanora Blanco, Sunora Cream De Bacanora Mocha, or Sunora Cream De Bacanora Pineapple Colada?
I would have to say Sunora Bacanora Blanco. I love to stay true to the spirit.
What did you name this drink the Tuna Fresca?
It’s regional Spanish for fresh Prickly Pear!
Cocktail Name: The Tuna Fresca Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz. Sunora Bacanora Blanco
- ½ oz. Agave Syrup
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Mint infused Yzaguirre Reserva Vermouth
- 1½ oz. Homemade Prickly Pear Syrup (1½ cups prickly pear strained • 3 cups water • ½ cup sugar)
- 2 Dashes Bolivar Bitters
Garnish:
- Tajin Rim & Lime Twist
Glassware:
- Coupe
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin, add ice, shake then double strain.
